I was a having a stressful day when I ordered some days back...
But....
The moment I saw my name designed, I understood the effort...
For a white person to get my name's spelling and add a crown 👑 in relation to the company's name (king)..
It's a lot!
I also came across a picture on LinkedIn. It was from McDonalds to a sick customer who ordered from the hospital...
This made me think deeply...Many of our favorite brands are our favorite because we connect one way or the other to them and I realized that Connecting to customers is key for every brand...
This write-up is to point your attention to observe the little things your favorite brands do and appreciate them....

I tear up a little bit whenever my name is spelled right! It's spelled wrong more often than not, and such simple attention to detail goes a long way. :)
